How does Fair/Rough apparel fit?
Our apparel is cut in a modern athletic fit structured across the shoulders and chest with a clean, tapered drape through the torso that stays neatly tucked into golf trousers or shorts. Our ladies dresses feature an ergonomic A-line contour designed for full rotation and mobility. Because we design specifically for Southeast Asian golfers, our sizing aligns with standard Asian sizing rather than oversized Western golf cuts.
What should I do if I am between sizes?
- For Men’s Polos: If you prefer a tailored, athletic silhouette, take your true size. If you prefer a looser, traditional club fit or have broader shoulders, we suggest sizing up.
- For Ladies Golf Dresses: We recommend selecting based on your bust and waist measurements. If you prefer extra ease around the hips for unrestricted swing movement, size up.

What makes Fair/Rough fabric suited for tropical golf?
Our garments are crafted from an engineered 4-way performance spandex blend built specifically for equatorial conditions:
- Rapid Evaporation: Channels perspiration away from the skin for rapid drying in 80%+ humidity.
- UPF 50+ Sun Protection: Permanently woven into the fiber matrix to block 98% of harmful UVA and UVB rays.
- Anti-Odor & Anti-Chafe: Finished with breathable, antimicrobial treatment that prevents bacterial buildup over a 4-hour round.
How should I wash and care for my garments?
To preserve technical stretch, collar structure, and UV-blocking performance:
- Machine wash cold (30°C or below) on a gentle cycle with like colors.
- Turn garments inside out prior to washing to protect subtle embroidery and placket trims.
- Do NOT use fabric softeners or bleach. Fabric softeners coat technical yarns and reduce breathability and moisture-wicking efficacy.
- Line dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry.
- Cool iron inside out if necessary, or steam lightly. Avoid direct, high heat on collars and prints.
Does the UPF 50+ protection wash out over time?
No. Our UV protection is engineered directly into the construction of the microfibers, not applied as a temporary topical spray. It will not wash out with regular laundering.
Orders & Shipping
How much is shipping?
Standard delivery at the rate of 4.50 SGD on all orders across Singapore and free shipping will be offered with a minimum spend of 200 SGD.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed in 1 to 2 business days. Doorstep delivery takes an additional 2 to 4 business days.
How do I track my delivery?
You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your courier label is generated.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin packing orders quickly. If you need to adjust your delivery address or exchange a size before dispatch, please emailsupport@fairrough.com within 2 hours of placing your order with the subject line[URGENT: Order Adjustment] - #FR-XXXX.
Returns & Size Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
We provide a 14 day return and exchange window from the date your package arrives. Garments must remain unworn, unwashed, and repacked in their original packaging with all swing tags attached.
How does the complimentary size exchange work?
We offerone complimentary doorstep size exchangeper order within Singapore. Simply contact us with your order number and requested size; we will dispatch your replacement and collect the original piece directly from your doorstep in a single exchange.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
