Fair/Rough was founded on a simple truth familiar to anyone who plays the game in Southeast Asia:
golf apparel never felt like it was made for us.
For decades,
the sport’s wardrobe has been dictated by legacy Western labels designing for crisp Scottish mornings or temperate American courses.
In Singapore’s 32°C heat and unforgiving humidity, those heavy knits and synthetic blends turn a four-hour round into an endurance test.
The few technical brands that did perform arrived with eye-watering price tags that treated amateur golfers as an afterthought—
and none of them carried a single thread of local character.
We started Fair/Rough to change that: high-performance golf wear built specifically for the tropical climate,
priced fairly, and rooted in Singaporean heritage.
